• Once the waiting list is started it will be 1st come 1st serve as to who is put on the list.
• You may only be on 1 waiting list at a time per level of training
• When placed on the list you will be given a number so you will know the order you will be contacted
• It is your responsibility to keep your contact information (phone number, mailing address and email) up-to-date with the local union while on the waiting list
• When a position becomes available the member at the top of the list will be contacted and given the opportunity to register for the opening. If they are unable to register for the available course the next member in line will be given the opportunity
• When contacted you will have 24 hours to respond. If we do not receive a response within that time we will move down to the next member on the list
• Every year a new course schedule will be released. We will automatically book you for the course you're on the waiting list for based on your wait list number. We will mail a letter to notify you of the date you've been registered for. You must contact us confirm or cancel your registration
• Your name will be automatically cancelled from the class list if you do not contact us to confirm or cancel your registration by one week prior to the class start date
• Your name will be automatically removed from the wait list when we have booked you twice and you have not confirmed your booking or attended training. you will have to reapply to put your name back on the wait list.
• You may contact us prior to a course date that you'd like to attend to check for cancellations and we will consider your waiting list number
• The day a course starts you may show up and if there is a space available the member with the lowest waiting list number will be selected
• Your name will be automatically remove from the wait list when you have a suspended status in the hall, make sure you are always in good standing
